Initial Contact  

When a client reaches out to us, we like to have a brief discussion about the scope, timeline, budget, and background of a project and set up a mutually agreeable time to see the space.

 

Site Walk-Down

Brad will come to meet the client and assess the space, acquire measurements, and get a detailed idea of work that needs to be done in order to meet the client’s goals.  

 

General Budgetary Estimate

Based on the site walk-down and discussion with the client, a general budgetary estimate will be created. 

 

Formal Design and Detailed Estimate

At this stage, we often work in tandem with a design team in order to best fulfil the client’s vision.  We obtain drawings and engineering or architectural support if needed.  A financial commitment is required before moving ahead with this process.

 

Contract

Once we have the design details selected, we provide a contract that outlines timelines, payment schedules, and all the fine details.
